Stress, drug or alcohol use, and trauma can influence how you exhibit anger. This program can provide you with tools to productively communicate your anger and help you resolve conflicts.
Our evidence-based therapies are supplemented with alternative therapies. At Recovery First, you have access to stress management and relaxation classes like yoga, music, and art therapy. We also help you recover physically with recreational therapy and more.
