“Addiction Talk” is a Facebook Live show dedicated to sharing the personal stories of celebrities, influencers and everyday people impacted by addiction. Through sharing our personal journeys, we break the stigma and shame of addiction, and provide hope and inspiration for the millions of Americans battling this disease every day – because we recover together.

Moving Beyond the Past: Forgiveness & Reconciliation in Recovery

November 21, 2023, 6pm ET

Dr. Jesus Perez, Clinical Director, will host a webinar for individuals in recovery and their families and loved ones how to repair relationships, forgive each other, and move on from the past.

Alumni Friendsgiving

Our Recovery First alumni are invited to celebrate with us at our Friendsgiving potluck.

Alumni Virtual Meeting

Recovery First alumni can meet to discuss their continued recovery. These meetings offer both support and camaraderie, giving you a safe space to share your fears, successes, progress, and anything else that’s weighing you down.

Meeting focus will change weekly and include speaker meetings, check-ins with alumni, and discussion of various  recovery topics.

5th Thursday Gatherings

Each month that has a 5th Thursday, Recovery First alumni meet in person for dinner at 7pm. Locations vary.

Monthly Feed the Homeless Event

Typically occurring on the 4th Saturday of every month, Recovery First alumni come together to be of service to others. Patients in the residential program help to put food and clothes together for distribution, and alumni take the goods and distribute it to community, along with other donations.
