Raquel Medina brings a wealth of experience to her role as Executive Director of Recovery First Treatment Center. In her dual role as Vice President of Clinical Services at American Addiction Centers (the Recovery First parent company), Raquel works diligently to strengthen and expand American Addiction Centers’ clinical programming, increase patient engagement, improve treatment outcomes, maximize talent, and create passionate teams.

Raquel is known for leading clinical efforts that instill best practices, quality assurance, and the integrity of compliance. She has a strong history of contributing and influencing a culture that is defined by delivery and partnerships that strive for clinical excellence through every touch point.

As a licensed clinician with direct care experience, Raquel understands the obligations that are required of her teams. Raquel has held various leaderships roles, both in not-for profit and for-profit organizations. Throughout her experience she has learned the importance of a supportive environment, especially when working in a helping profession. These lessons continue to motivate her desire to build strong teams that have the passion and skills to help others live and find their purpose.
