Isabelle has been part of the American Addiction Centers team since 2018. Her nursing career began in 2010, and she has dedicated the past 15 years to psychiatric and behavioral health care, with extensive experience in locked units and addiction treatment settings.

Before stepping into the role of Interim Director of Nursing, she served as a charge nurse, where she developed strong skills in team coordination, crisis management, and patient-centered care. Isabelle takes pride in maintaining integrity, accountability, and compassion in everything she does—values that guide her leadership and clinical practice alike.

As an advocate for mental health, she is passionate about fostering a supportive environment where both patients and staff can thrive.

Outside of work, Isabelle is a proud mother of two daughters and grandmother of three wonderful grandchildren. “My family keeps me grounded and inspires me every day to continue growing personally and professionally.”
