Andy Ansola is a certified grief, loss, and healing expert who works closely with veterans at work and in the community. Ansola has more that 20 years of experience in the field of mental health and addiction and has used his expertise to assist several non-profit organizations. Ansola was previously a community liaison for FEMA and survivors of Hurricane Katrina survivors, director of outreach in school-based programs for Friends of Children, Inc., as well as the Parents Information and Resources Center. Today, in addition to being an integral part of the Veterans program at Recovery First, he is also the head of faith-based treatment at the facility and coordinates the monthly Feed and Clothe the Homeless drive.
