Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Julie Favret is a well-rounded healthcare professional with nearly 25 years of experience in patient care as an RN. After earning her BSN at the University of Massachusetts, Julie furthered her education through a dual degree MSN/MBA program at Grand Canyon University where she gained expertise in healthcare management and business.

Throughout her career, Julie has held leadership positions in various healthcare organizations, including Director of Nursing (DON) at ARS and Acadia, as well as CEO of both the Refuge – a Healing Place and the Vines Hospital in Ocala, FL. In her free time, Julie enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, staying active through running, and all things Disney.

An advocate for individuals in recovery, Julie is dedicated to supporting those who may feel defeated after multiple attempts at treatment. She often sits and talks to these patients and shares a moving quote that speaks about this:
