There is a common thread that runs through our staff at recovery first, and very simply, it is this:

They want to make a difference in the lives of others and believe that it can be done – one addict or alcoholic at a time.

They are highly educated and more importantly, highly experienced in treating people with the disease of addiction.

I believe that it is this combination of commitment, education and experience that makes Recovery First so good at helping people recover from addiction and go on to lead successful lives.

	Lissi Seneway, MS Program Director Residential Treatment ProgramWith over 12 years in the industry, Lissi says that her “passion for substance abuse and mental health runs deep in my heart; I truly believe that this is my life’s work.” During her undergraduate studies she was introduced to psychology and was fascinated by human behavior. Based on both societal and personal experiences, she decided that helping others obtain and maintain optimal mental health was what she was meant to do.She spends her off time writing, singing and rollerblading (and she has an awesome voice!)
	Mike Bonnet, MSED, CAP Program Director Partial Hospitalization/ Day-Night Treatment ProgramMike got into the treatment field to help “improve the quality of life for people suffering from the disease of addition and their family’s lives.” His interest in psychology, spirituality and counseling are a perfect match for his goal of making a difference in the lives of Alcoholics, Addicts and their families.Mike has been in the Addiction Treatment field for over 20 years. He has a Masters in Psychology, and is preparing to take his CAP*** examination this summer.
	Daniele Trevathan, MS, RMHC Primary Therapist, Partial Hospitalization/ Day-Night Treatment ProgramDaniele loves to “witness people grow and change” and “facilitate them becoming the person they want to be.” She got into the industry because she felt a “magnet pull towards chemically dependent individuals who are in pain and desire change.” She has been treating addicts and alcoholics for over 8 years. As a new mom, Daniele spends time cooking, baking, and doing graphic design.
	Leila MacPherson, BS, CAP Program Director, Intensive Outpatient Treatment ProgramLeila got into the industry because she loves and believes in Recovery and wants to help others “find the way out” of addiction and into a healthy, sober, happy and prosperous way of life. Her clients say that they would follow her to the ends of the earth.Leila has been working in the Addiction Treatment field for over 16 years. She is a CATS* a CAC** has an Associates degree in Alcohol and Drug Studies, and has her BS in Psychology.She spends her free time going to the beach with her dog Kasey, reading, and spending time with friends and family. *Certified Addiction Treatment Specialist **Certified Addictions Counselor
	Vivien Gregorios, CAS Counselor Intensive Outpatient Treatment Services ProgramVivien has been helping alcoholics and addicts for over 26 years. She got into the field professionally 4 years ago because she loves watching people “blossom” into being the best that they can be. She is the earth mother of the facility, clients immediately fall in love with caring and fun approach.She spends a lot of her off time with her grandson “Pooh”, and loves to read, do crossword puzzles, ride motorcycles and shop in New York.

Recovery First offers several levels of substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation. Our most intensive level of treatment is the Inpatient Substance Abuse Program, but we also have other treatment options for drug addiction and alcoholism like our Day/Night Program or Sober Living.
